Developed as new planning instrument for the administrator of large real estate. Especially orientated to the future and independent from present market of construction work. Determines the presumably optimal time of replacement, the future investment costs aswell as the expenditures up to this time for the particular objects. The resulting financial budget can be optimised for the organisational and financial circumstances of the client group – optimal renovation strategies (in german) and forms an effective strategic planning instrument.

The registration of the current values for several facilities or larger roofs is always based on competent assumption of the probable rest – service life – depending on volume of renovation – for the particular object. This relative current value is influenced by probable costs for an alternative immediate reconstruction with a defined service life.
